Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "TOS") apply to the use of the Discord bot named "GuitarGuide," with the Discord application identifier: "938876236661415947," hereinafter referred to as the "bot."

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the GuitarGuide bot, the user agrees to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If the user does not agree to these terms, they should not use the bot.

2. Scope of Services

The GuitarGuide bot provides users with information about musical scales and chords, returning an image (PNG format) with a diagram based on the query. These services are provided free of charge via the Discord platform.

3. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate and useful information, the data provided by the bot may contain errors or be incomplete. The GuitarGuide bot does not guarantee the complete accuracy, correctness, or completeness of the information provided. Users use this data at their own risk.

4. Liability

The administrator of the GuitarGuide bot is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use of the bot, including incorrect information, errors in diagrams, bot interruptions, or technical issues.

5. Changes to Services

The bot administrator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the bot’s operation at any time, without prior notice. This may include updates to the bot’s functionality, changes in how information is provided, as well as changes in the available data.

6. User Data

The GuitarGuide bot does not collect or store personal data of end users (in accordance with our Privacy Policy). The only information collected is the Discord server ID and its assigned response language when the /language command is used. Details regarding the collection and storage of this data are described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Right to Data Deletion

Users can delete data by setting the bot’s language to English via the /language command, which will automatically result in the server data being deleted.

8. Changes to the Terms of Service

The bot administrator reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. You will be notified of any changes by updating the effective date at the top of the document. Continued use of the bot after changes have been made signifies acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Jurisdiction
