This privacy policy applies to the Discord bot named "GuitarGuide", with the ID "938876236661415947" in the Discord application, hereinafter referred to as "bot."

Who is the bot administrator and how can I contact them?

The administrator of the bot is Łukasz Wierzbicki, residing in Warsaw (Poland). If you have any questions or comments about the Bot's Privacy Policy or other matters regarding its operation, you can contact the bot administrator via email at discordbot@guitarguide.eu.

What end-user data do we store?

We do not store any personal data.

Our bot does not save any data such as user IDs, usernames, message IDs, message content, or command usage times.

We generate numerical statistics based on the use of bot commands, but we do this completely anonymously. This involves adding +1 to the command counter without recording any personal data or any of the aforementioned information.

Exception: /language command

The only exception is the /language command, which allows you to change the bot's response language. When changing the language from the default (English), we save the Discord server ID and assign it the selected response language. This data (Discord server ID) is not shared with anyone.

How long do we keep the data?

We store the Discord server ID along with the selected language option (other than English) until:

• The language is changed back to English, which will result in the immediate deletion of the data.
• The bot is removed from the server, which will result in the immediate and automatic deletion of the data.

How can I request data deletion?

In the case of personal data, this is not possible as we do not store any. For the Discord server ID, you can use the /language command and set the language to English, which will result in the deletion of the data. If you have any questions, please contact the Bot Administrator via email.
